Romica Avadanoaei

Romica started his business journey in the sales industry 30 years ago. He has established several businesses over the years and worked for some companies in the City of London, bringing his knowledge in Business Development and the B2B (business to business) sector. With over three decades of experience, he has managed to start, train and develop several sales teams, using a variety of strategies. Being a friendly and talkative character, he always found success in approaching new people, which led to many business connections over time.

He starts his business career in 1992 with a chocolate POS (point of sale) in the marketplace after his job as accountant alongside his old financial director mentor. There is where he saw how people benefit from doing business. After a few years of sales experience, he established a food distribution business from Zero to 300 shops that were supplied weekly. That business starts by walking the streets, knocking on the shop doors, and talking to the business owners.

Because he loves people and he loves to talk he is very good at networking, building rapport and negotiations in the business field. His vast sales experience qualifies him to work in London for a marketing company for a Business Development campaign. To open new markets is something that he loves the most.

Preparing a series of six leadership training conferences, each for two days, in a period of 3 years for about 350 people. Arranging everything from marketing, sale, tickets, phones, emails and registration. Continuing with finding the venue, negotiation, signing the contract and preparing the venue. With preparing accommodation, food, meals, writing and learning kits for all participants.

Public speaker with different events. Presenting webinars for different products and companies. Speaking at webinars for Direct Marketing companies. Selling their products and promoting their companies and goods.

Charity involvement. Helping others to find balance in their lives. Working for poor people. Managing the distribution of trucks with goods, translating for volunteers who were sending food and shelter to people under flood in Eastern Europe.


Ian Spreadbury

Ian has a wealth of creative commercial experience to bring to emerging and established businesses alike. He focuses on the SME sector helping companies to establish and develop through the application of sound business strategy.

Ian specialises in the establishment and improvement of company’s business processes and in cost reduction using Business Process Outsourcing (BPO), particularly in the area of Financial Management Solutions and tax and commercial planning strategy’s.

Ian has significant experience in the Tax and Accounting sector having spent the last 15 years as a founding partner establishing and growing what is now a top 100 tax and accountancy practice. His particular area of specialism is in the Property Sector, being a property investor himself and with many years experience coaching clients to develop and grow their own property businesses.

Ian has also founded a second Tax and Accountancy Practice focusing on Property Investment, Providence Financial Ltd, which supports property investment businesses all over the world invest into the UK property market.
